We are seeking a **Customer-focused Process Auditor** with strong proficiency in **Artificial Intelligence (AI)** tools to support the generation, enhancement, and tracking of deliverables intended for our clients. This role combines organization, analysis, documentation, and strategic use of AI to optimize processes and elevate the quality of delivered work. **Responsibilities** * Create, structure, and track departmental deliverables. * Utilize AI (ChatGPT, Copilot, Gemini, automation tools, etc.) for: * Drafting, analyzing, and improving documents. * Automating repetitive tasks. * Creating presentations, reports, and executive summaries. * Ensuring quality and professional formatting across all generated documents. * Managing departmental templates and automated workflows. * Coordinating information across various departments to integrate complete and accurate deliverables. * Monitoring and reporting on deliverable status and progress via internal reports. * Proposing improvements and optimizing processes using AI and best practices. **Requirements** * Experience creating reports, presentations, or deliverables (minimum 1 year). * Intermediate/advanced proficiency in generative AI and/or automation tools. * Excellent writing, spelling, and summarization skills. * Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). * High level of organization and attention to detail. * Ability to manage multiple requests simultaneously. **Desirable** * Knowledge of automation tools (Make, Power Automate, Zapier, or similar). * Experience in PMO, analysis, documentation, or process improvement.
