We are looking for a **Process Analyst** with experience in mapping, analyzing, and improving operational and administrative processes, focused on efficiency, internal control, and error reduction. The candidate will be responsible for documenting processes, proposing improvements, and tracking their implementation in coordination with various departments across the company. Responsibilities * Process mapping, documentation, and flowcharting. * Process analysis to identify improvement opportunities and risks. * Development of flowcharts, manuals, and procedures. * Proposal and implementation of operational improvements. * Monitoring of approved processes. * Coordination with internal departments to ensure proper adoption. Requirements * Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering. * 2–4 years of experience as a Process Analyst or in continuous improvement. * Knowledge of process documentation and analysis. * Proficiency in artificial intelligence tools. * Ability to manage multiple processes simultaneously.
