Process Analyst

**Banco Bancrea** is seeking a **Process Analyst** ***Location:*** San Pedro Garza García, N.L. **Objective:** The Process Analyst is responsible for analyzing, documenting, and optimizing the organization's internal workflows and processes. Their primary objective is to identify and eliminate inefficiencies, improve quality and productivity, and ensure consistent and efficient operations. This position is critical to driving a continuous improvement culture within the company. **Requirements:** * Bachelor's degree, preferably in Industrial Engineering, Systems Engineering, or Administrative Engineering * Work experience, **minimum of 2 years in a similar position** **Key Responsibilities:** * Identify and analyze current business processes to uncover improvement opportunities. * Clearly and accurately document workflows, procedures, and policies. * Train employees on new procedures and tools. * Create and maintain a centralized repository for process documentation. * Design and implement solutions to optimize processes, reducing errors and execution time. * Collaborate with various departments to understand their needs and ensure proper implementation of new processes. Working Hours: 9:00 am – 7:00 pm Employment Type: Full-time Application Question(s): * Do you have solid knowledge of continuous improvement methodologies such as Lean, Six Sigma, or BPM (Business Process Management)? * Do you have experience analyzing data and generating reports? * Do you have experience using process diagramming and management tools (e.g., Visio, Lucidchart, Miro, Hopex, etc.)?
