Job Summary: We are seeking a Plastic Injection Maintenance Engineer to ensure safety, equipment and process functionality through preventive maintenance. Key Highlights: 1. Experience in plastic injection. 2. Knowledge of pneumatics, hydraulics, mechanics, and PLCs. 3. Skills in calibration and operation of peripheral equipment. Samsung Electronics Digital Appliances México SA de CV, a global leader in technological innovation with over 20 years of presence in the city of Querétaro, is seeking a **PLASTIC INJECTION MAINTENANCE ENGINEER.** **JOB OBJECTIVE:** Ensure safety conditions and proper operation of equipment, machinery, and processes. Perform preventive maintenance activities according to plan and work standards, guaranteeing equipment functionality. **REQUIREMENTS:** · Minimum 6 months of practical experience, preferably in maintenance. · Knowledge of plastic injection. · Education: Technical Superior University degree (TSU) in Industrial Maintenance or Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electronics, or Mechatronics Engineering. · Availability to work rotating shifts. **KNOWLEDGE:** · Pneumatics, Hydraulics, Mechanics. · Mitsubishi PLC programming (preferred). · Interpretation of electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic diagrams. · Operation of LS, Engel, KM, and Engel (DOUBLE INJECTION) machines: alarms and basic repairs for each machine type. · Knowledge of Yudo and HY Robotics robot operation and alarm troubleshooting. · Operation of peripheral equipment: chillers, temperature controllers, steam units, pre-dryers, humidifiers, blowers, etc. · Knowledge, use, and handling of measuring instruments (Vernier calipers, micrometers, pyrometers, etc.). · Calibration of LS, Engel, KM, and Engel (DOUBLE INJECTION) machines. **SKILLS:** · Punctuality. · Responsibility. · Initiative. · Communication.
