Dynamic and challenging work environment ***MELTER is looking for your talent:*** ***PAYROLL ASSISTANT*** **Job Objective:** Ensure accurate payroll processing, calculation, and administration for operational staff, guaranteeing compliance with labor and tax obligations, as well as timely employee support regarding salary payments and benefits. Experience: \+ 2 years of experience in a similar position within companies in the following industries: metal-mechanical, manufacturing, automotive, or accounting firms. Education: Certified Public Accountant or related field. **Main Responsibilities:** * Prepare, review, and analyze payroll for operational staff, verifying that entered data, earnings, deductions, and calculations are accurate and comply with current regulations. * Process employee onboarding, offboarding, salary adjustments, and review IMSS, SUA, and INFONAVIT records, confirming that recorded movements and deductions are correct, and performing corresponding payment adjustments and calculations. * Generate and submit supporting documentation for loans granted to external suppliers, maintaining proper control and tracking. * Register new hires in relevant systems and generate FONACOT payment records, ensuring accuracy and compliance with requirements. * Address and resolve payroll-related employee complaints, providing support, timely solutions, and maintaining a service-oriented approach. * Request funds and manage weekly and biweekly disbursement of food and fuel vouchers. * Maintain internal personnel administration systems up to date, ensuring data integrity. * Prepare administrative reports upon request from internal departments, delivering reliable and timely data. * Administer the Grow/Caintra portal, keeping onboarding and offboarding records updated in the system to ensure correct payment for interns. **Knowledge and Skills:** * IMSS, SUA, and INFONAVIT * Proactive attitude * Problem-solving ability * Time management * Confidentiality and professional ethics **WE OFFER BENEFITS EXCEEDING LEGAL REQUIREMENTS** **OPPORTUNITY FOR GROWTH** **Work Schedule: Monday to Friday** **Location: Apodaca, N.L.** Job Type: Full-time, Indefinite term Salary: $1\.00 \- $2\.00 per month Benefits: * Savings fund * Company parking * Major medical expense insurance * Discounted cafeteria service * Food vouchers Work Location: On-site employment
