Job Summary:
Payroll Analyst responsible for preparing calculations for regular and extraordinary payroll movements, validating information, and providing client support, representing Corporativo AFAE.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Payroll calculations, severance settlements, liquidations, and extraordinary earnings
2. Mandatory proficiency in NOMIPAQ and knowledge of the SUA
3. Timely attention to clients and colleagues
PAYROLL ANALYST
The analyst must process client requests promptly, accurately, and efficiently. The analyst must comply with the client’s working hours, code of conduct, roles, etc., as the position is based on-site at the client’s premises; the analyst also serves as a direct representative of Corporativo AFAE. Key responsibilities include accurate and timely preparation of calculations for regular and extraordinary payroll movements, as well as validation of all information exchanged with the client.
General Functions
a) Payroll calculations, severance settlements, liquidations, year-end bonuses, vacation pay, extraordinary earnings, etc.
b) Employee onboarding, offboarding, modifications, and payroll calculations within the payroll ERP system (NOMIPAQ mandatory)
c) Review of EMA and EBA vs. Payroll vs. SUA \- Timely identification of discrepancies.
d) Payment of payroll tax (generation of payment reference numbers for various states across Mexico)
e) Bimonthly calculation and submission of variable payroll components; thorough understanding of elements comprising the Base Salary Concept (SBC)
f) Submission, tracking, and validation of IMSS transactions (onboarding, offboarding, modifications)
g) Preparation of reports for ICSOE and SISUB
h) Requesting, coordinating, and tracking contract signings, severance settlements, dismissals, and/or administrative documents, etc.
i) Timely control and tracking of INFONAVIT, FONACOT, and Savings Fund loans, etc.
j) Requesting, tracking, and validating disbursements to employees, as well as ensuring timely and proper funding (tax payments, employer obligations, savings fund contributions)
k) Preparation of biweekly and monthly reports (proficient Excel usage required)
l) Timely response to client requests and addressing employee inquiries.
m) Completion and tracking of ST\-7\.
n) Calculation of employer contributions (proficiency in using the SUA)
WORK HOURS: Monday to Friday, 9:00 A.M. \- 6:00 P.M.
SALARY: $17,000\.00 \- $19,000\.00 NET, depending on qualifications
