Position Summary: We are seeking a Payroll Analyst to prepare and execute payroll, manage employee registrations and cancellations with the Mexican Social Security Institute (IMSS), and ensure compliance with tax and legal obligations. Compliance with tax and legal obligations **Payroll Analyst** A growing company is looking for talent for the **Payroll Analyst** position. **Requirements:** * Age: 27 to 38 years old * Education: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting (exclusively) * Minimum 2 years of experience performing similar duties **Main Responsibilities:** * Prepare and execute regular and extraordinary payroll runs * Manage employee registrations, cancellations, and modifications with the IMSS * Operate and manage the **CONTPAQi Payroll** system * Fulfill payroll-related tax, legal, and governmental payment obligations and responsibilities: * IMSS * Payroll Tax * INFONAVIT * FONACOT * PTU (Profit-Sharing) * Proficiency in Excel * Ensure accurate calculation and timely payroll disbursement **We Offer:** * Working hours: Monday to Friday, 09:00 to 18:00 * Salary: Fourteen thousand to fifteen thousand pesos per month, tax-free * Statutory benefits * Growth opportunities * Birthday day off **Benefits:** * Gym discount * Ongoing training * Option for an indefinite-term contract Salary: $14,000\.00 \- $15,000\.00 per month Workplace: On-site employment
