In this position, you will be essential to the daily operation of our activities, collaborating on various tasks that ensure the efficient flow of our processes. Your ability to work in a team, your attention to detail, and your commitment to excellence will be key to success in this role. As an Operations Assistant, your primary responsibility will be to support inventory management, order control, and coordination with different departments to ensure all processes proceed smoothly. You will serve as the liaison between incoming orders and dispatches, guaranteeing that each task is completed accurately and promptly. Additionally, you must maintain detailed records of all operational activities, ensuring traceability and quality at every step of the process. A proactive attitude and the ability to effectively solve problems are required.
