Operational Administrator / Supervisor – Ice Cream Shop Job Objective: Ensure proper operation and administration by supervising staff, controlling inventory, delivering customer service, managing sales, and enforcing operational processes to guarantee an excellent service experience and business profitability. Main Responsibilities: * Supervise daily operations. * Human resources * Coordinate and lead operational staff. * Opening and closing procedures. * Inventory, supplies, and shrinkage control. * Supervision of cleanliness, order, and store image. * Customer service and follow-up. * Preparation of sales and operational reports. * Incident and staff scheduling control. * Ensure achievement of sales targets. * Training and follow-up of the work team. * Supervise quality and hygiene standards. Required Profile: * Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Gastronomy, or related field. * Minimum 1–2 years of experience as a shift leader, supervisor, or administrator in: o Ice cream shops o Restaurants o Fast food establishments o Food and beverage stores or related fields. Knowledge: * Staff management. * Operational and administrative processes. * Inventory and supply control. * Sales metrics. * Customer service. * Intermediate Excel skills. Working Conditions: * Schedule: Monday to Sunday, 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM, with midweek rest. * Work mode: On-site and field work. * Work location: San Pedro, Iztacalco, CDMX. Requirements: * Age: 40–55 years. * Gender: Indifferent. * Valid driver’s license and ability to operate a standard car or pickup truck.
