




* Bachelor's or Systems Engineering degree (completed or incomplete) * Minimum 1 year of technical support experience * Valid official identification Required knowledge and experience: * End-user level technical support * Point-to-point Windows system migration * Data backup and recovery * Installation of system images using tools such as Clonezilla, Symantec Ghost, Acronis True Image, among others * Proficiency with Windows Registry Editor * Basic network knowledge (IP, DNS, WINS, configuration) * Installation and configuration of peripherals: printers, pinpads, scales, scanners * User-level permission management * Antivirus installation and configuration * Collection of on-site service evidence and service sign-off * Execution of procedures following technical guidelines Additional skills: * Leadership * Work team coordination * Customer service orientation and verbal problem resolution Required tools: * 32 GB USB drive We offer: * WEEKLY PAYMENTS Job type: Fixed-term or project-based, Seasonal Salary: Starting at $400.00 per day Work location: Onsite
