Job Summary: We are seeking a support technician with experience in maintaining systems, networks, and computer equipment, capable of resolving issues and leading teams. Key Highlights: 1. User-level technical support and system administration. 2. Leadership, team coordination, and problem resolution. 3. Peripheral installation and configuration, and permission management. **Requirements:** * Bachelor's or Engineering degree in Computer Systems (completed or incomplete) * Minimum 1 year of technical support experience * Valid official identification **Knowledge and Experience:** * User-level technical support * Replacement of computer equipment * Point-to-point Windows equipment migration * Data backup * Basic networking knowledge (IP, DNS, WINS, configuration) * Peripheral installation and configuration (printers, pinpads, scales, scanners) * User-based permission management * Antivirus configuration * On-site evidence collection and service closure * Adherence to technical procedures * Familiarity with documentation platforms is desirable **Skills:** * Leadership * Team coordination * User attention and problem resolution **Required Tools:** * 32 GB USB drive * Network cable * Android smartphone **We Offer:** * Weekly payments for services rendered (ticket-based scheme) * Variable income based on the number of services completed * Independent contractor arrangement Job Type: Project-based or fixed-term contract Contract Duration: 2 months Salary: $600\.00 per day Work Location: On-site employment
