We are looking for a **JUNIOR NOC ENGINEER – ON-SITE** **REQUIREMENTS** Education: Degree in Systems Engineering, Information Technologies, Computer Science, Networks and Telecommunications, or related fields. **Degree mandatory.** Prior experience with Cisco platforms: IOS XE, Cisco Call Manager, Cisco Unity, or Webex Calling. Professional background: At least 2 years providing IT support. Proven track record leading or supervising staff. Knowledge of remote access tools and technical assistance solutions. Mandatory requirement: Cisco CCNA certification. Technical English (reading and writing) must be demonstrable. Availability for extended hours and rotating night shifts and weekends. Desirable: Conversational English, CCNP certification, and knowledge of ITIL. **MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES** Management of the team assigned to the client contract. Advanced incident handling and resolution for issues escalated from NOC Level 1. Ticket management, task logging, change management, and incident documentation. Coordination and leadership with internal teams, clients, and vendors to resolve incidents. Detection and analysis of Tier 2 faults. Execution and tracking of change processes. Preparation of technical and administrative reports and documentation. Supervision, monitoring, and management of the network, including infrastructure reviews and preventive maintenance. Asset and inventory control (CMDB).
