Specialized in handling and resolving connectivity-related incidents, infrastructure monitoring, and managing perimeter security events. With solid knowledge of network protocols (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP), monitoring tools (e.g., Zabbix, Nagios), firewall management (Fortinet, Sophos, Hillstone), and ticketing platforms.
