Hands \& eyes support. Incident and request resolution and follow-up. Execution of activities under change control. Participation in operational forums and chats. Education Technical degree in Systems, Electronics, Telecommunications, or related field. Desirable: Incomplete or completed Engineering degree in Systems, IT, or similar. Experience 1 to 3 years in infrastructure or Data Center support. NETWORK SUPPORT Experience in rack assembly and cabling.
