Software installation and configuration, and equipment maintenance Location: Tlalnepantla / Naucalpan / Nicolás Romero / Atizapán areas Work Mode: On-site (field work) Job Description: A healthcare sector company is seeking a Network Assistant to provide on-site technical support to medical units, ensuring the proper operation of equipment, systems, and networks. Requirements: \- Completed degree in Systems Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, Informatics, or related field \- Professional title and/or license (not incomplete) is mandatory \- Must reside in nearby areas: Tlalnepantla, Naucalpan, Nicolás Romero, or Atizapán \- Availability for field work (visits to medical units) \-\-\- Knowledge: \- Technical support for computing equipment (PCs, laptops, printers, label printers, and peripherals) \- Support for laboratory equipment information systems \- Computer networks \- Servers \- On-site support (field work) Do you handle these? CISCO FIREWALL VPN AP (ACCESS POINT) WLAN, LAN ETHERNET (CABLING) NETWORK CONFIGURATION SWITCHES, ROUTERS \-\-\- Responsibilities: \- Visit medical units to provide on-site technical support \- Install and configure software (Office, antivirus, SAP, and internal systems) \- Address and resolve IT incidents \- Maintain and support laboratory equipment \- Provide basic server support and maintenance \-\-\- We Offer: \- Gross monthly salary of $13,000 (first 3 months) to $15,000 (thereafter) \- Statutory benefits (IMSS, vacation, year-end bonus) \- IMSS registration with 100% registered salary from day one \- Travel and transportation allowances \- Training and job stability Job Type: Full-time Salary: $13,000\.00 \- $15,000\.00 per month Workplace: On-site employment
