Job Summary: Responsible for performing mold assembly, disassembly, and Level One TPM on plastic injection molds, and providing support to engineering and production areas. Key Highlights: 1. Assembly and disassembly of plastic injection molds. 2. Preventive and corrective maintenance of cooling systems. 3. Support to Plastic Engineering and production areas. The Mold Assembler is responsible for performing mold assembly (setup), disassembly, and Level One TPM on all plastic injection molds across the plant. **Education:** High School Diploma or Technical Degree **Knowledge:** * Knowledge of fasteners, hydraulic and pneumatic connections, and clamping methods. * Knowledge of industrial safety and international standards; adherence to instructions. **Key Responsibilities:** * Perform mold assembly and disassembly according to preventive and corrective maintenance schedules. * Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on mold cooling systems in machines. * Perform Level One TPM on plastic injection machines and molds. * Provide support to Plastic Engineering and production areas.
