




Summary: This internship focuses on standardizing and centralizing documentation for New Asset Introductions and asset management, ensuring traceability and developing engineering skills through project participation. Highlights: 1. Develop applied engineering skills through guided project participation. 2. Gain real technical training in documentation, traceability, and blueprints. 3. Experience engineering methodologies like FMEA, 5 Whys, and Poka-Yoke. **POSITION OBJECTIVE:** Standardize, centralize, and keep up to date the documentation for the Introduction of New Assets (INA) and asset management in GTI, ensuring the traceability of spare parts, critical process parameters, and maintenance. In addition, develop applied engineering skills in the intern through guided participation in improvement and line support projects. **YOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:** INA documentation for new and existing assets (equipment, fixtures, tools). Organization and uploading of information to GTI with standard structure (drawings, spare parts BOM, manuals, critical parameters). Compilation of spare parts and consumables catalog (internal/supplier codes, useful life, location). Standardization of formats/templates (INA, asset file, QR quick guide, registration in GTI). Participation in a mini\-engineering project. Support for NPI/setup of new assets (tests, checklist, initial parameters).
