Mission Maintain and ensure the quality of master data registered in systems to support the proper execution of business processes, in accordance with data governance protocols, guidelines, and standards. Responsibilities * Ensure and monitor master data maintenance to guarantee the reliability of information entering applications and the correct execution of processes. * Audit and analyze generated master data reports to ensure registration quality and implement corrective actions in case of anomalies. * Obtain, communicate, and identify key performance indicators for the master data management process to facilitate communication, identify improvement opportunities, and ensure timely and accurate process execution while guaranteeing availability. * Coordinate across various departments involved in new product launches to ensure their timely activation on the date requested by the corporate brand or account executive. * Provide support during scheduled occasional events such as month-end closing and off-hours physical inventory counts, as requested by operations, to deliver any required assistance at that time. * Analyze and standardize master data to integrate it consistently and completely into our database, supporting projects requiring such data cleansing and harmonization activities. Requirements * Education: Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Administrative Informatics, or related field — completed. * Experience: 1–2 years in database analysis and information management. * Required systems: Advanced Excel; SAP is desirable.
