**Other Details:** * Location: hybrid work: 2\-3 days per week at the office in Mexico City * B2B contract! **Summary:** This position oversees technical leadership within a Master Data Management team focused on the maintenance and support of SAP MDG applications, ensuring platform stability and efficiency in Master Data projects. **Responsibilities:** * Lead and coordinate internal and external project resources to ensure timely delivery of Master Data deliverables. * Manage collaboration between data teams and business stakeholders to maintain project scope and quality. * Facilitate discussions across multiple domains. * Produce functional and technical documentation, including specifications and training materials. * Direct communication efforts with stakeholders to influence and engage effectively. * Collaborate with various data management teams to support domain processes. * Monitor AMS performance using KPIs. * Oversee SLA and stakeholder management. **Key Requirements:** * 7\+ years of experience in Master Data Management. * Expertise in Master Data Governance across at least one domain (Product, Business Partner, Finance). * Experience in managing teams and projects related to data management. * Proven track record in business process definition and data modeling. * Strong technical skills in SAP technologies and data migration processes. * Good English and Spanish. **Nice to Have:** * Experience with various business processes like OTC, Supply Chain, and Analytics. * Familiarity with HANA Search and Decision tables.
