Could you be the full\-time onsite **Maintenance Technician in Mexico**, **CMX, MX**, we’re looking for? **Your future role** Take on a new challenge and apply your preventive and corrective maintenance experience in an innovative field. You’ll work alongside committed and collaborative team members. This position is designed for recent graduates seeking to develop their skills and experience in a challenging and enriching environment where you’ll perform repairs on equipment, systems, and facilities—and much more. **We’ll rely on you to:** * Conduct periodic inspections of equipment, carriages, and systems to ensure proper operation, * Diagnose and repair technical faults in equipment and facilities, * Carry out preventive maintenance activities according to the established plan, * Collaborate with the technical team to implement improvements in maintenance processes. **Your profile** We value passion and attitude over experience. Therefore, we don’t expect you to possess every single competency listed. Instead, we’ve outlined some qualities we believe will help you succeed and grow in this role: * Diploma in Industrial Maintenance Technology, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related field, * Knowledge of preventive and corrective maintenance for equipment and facilities, * Familiarity with electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, or pneumatic systems, * Ability to interpret technical drawings and manuals, * Knowledge of and proficiency in using hand tools—including striking, cutting, clamping, and measuring tools (multimeter, torque wrench, mallets, wrenches, etc.), * Availability for rotating shifts and days off, as well as rotation among service sites.
