




**Job Objective** Supervise, coordinate, and ensure the proper execution of preventive and corrective maintenance work on the fleet, guaranteeing operational availability of units, compliance with safety standards, and efficiency in repair time/costs. **Key Responsibilities** * Supervise workshop personnel and coordinate maintenance activities. * Plan and track preventive and corrective maintenance. * Monitor repair quality and turnaround times for units. * Control work orders, spare parts, and records using Excel and internal systems. * Coordinate with spare parts suppliers and specialized service providers. * Ensure compliance with safety regulations and internal procedures. * Communicate unit status and repair progress to operational and administrative departments. * Diesel control. **Profile and Requirements** * Technical diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Mechanics, Industrial Maintenance, Automotive Engineering, or related field. * Minimum 3 years’ experience in fleet maintenance or mechanical workshops, preferably in transportation. * **Experience diagnosing and repairing heavy-duty diesel engines** commonly used in tractor-trailers, such as **Cummins X15/X12, Cummins ISX/ISL/L9, PACCAR MX\-13/PX\-9, and Volvo D13**. * Experience leading work teams. * **Intermediate Excel proficiency (reporting and tracking).** * **Intermediate\-advanced English, spoken and written.** * Leadership, organizational skills, decision-making ability, and capacity to work under pressure.
