Job Summary: We are seeking a Maintenance Planner to assess assets, identify failures, schedule preventive/predictive maintenance, and coordinate resources to ensure task execution. Key Highlights: 1. Assess asset condition and identify failures using FMEA. 2. Establish and prioritize preventive and predictive maintenance schedules. 3. Coordinate human resources, materials, and tools for maintenance. A Metal Recycling Company is hiring for its Maintenance Department: **MAINTENANCE PLANNER** Functions and Responsibilities * Assess asset condition and identify potential failures using FMEA (predictive/deductive) * Establish a preventive and predictive maintenance schedule, prioritizing the most critical tasks. * Schedule consumables versus spare parts. * Coordinate with supervisors and department heads regarding human resources, materials, and tools. * Coordinate with other departments on timing to ensure proper task execution and resource availability. Job Requirements: * Valid standard and automatic car driver’s license. * Willingness to travel. * Basic English proficiency. * Advanced Office skills. * Flexible working hours. Qualifications * Education: Mechanical, Industrial, Electrical Engineering or related field. * Minimum 2 years of experience in maintenance planning and projects. * Experience with Operational Excellence systems; knowledge of TPM, PM, TBM, FI, etc. * Understanding or experience with advanced maintenance tools.
