Your work will follow the maintenance management plan and align with L'Oréal’s global strategy. **Requirements:** * Education: University degree (Bachelor's or Engineering) in Mechanical, Electromechanical, Industrial, Mechatronics or related field is mandatory. * Language Skills: Advanced English proficiency * Professional Experience: Minimum 5 years of proven management experience **Technical Knowledge:** * Industrial automation * Pneumatics * Mechanics (diagnosis and repair) * Electricity (medium and low voltage, interpretation of diagrams) * Control systems (PLCs, HMI, instrumentation) * Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) **Main Responsibilities:** * Ensure proper technical\-mechanical operation of packaging lines and manufacturing equipment through corrective, preventive and predictive maintenance planning. * Guarantee compliance with safety and quality standards in all maintenance activities performed on packaging lines and manufacturing equipment. * Verify that investments and modifications to production lines and/or equipment represent technically sound solutions and meet group requirements and best practices. * Manage and develop the technical team through supervision, coaching and leadership. * Ensure efficient management of maintenance costs in production areas, complying with group regulations and optimal spare parts management. * Validate, from a maintenance perspective, the technical feasibility of new projects and product launches. **Location:** L´Oréal Plant San Luis \- San Luis Potosí Don't miss the opportunity to discover more about the world of beauty.
