Job Summary: We are seeking an Off-Site Maintenance Leader to perform preventive and corrective maintenance, inspections, and restoration, with direct customer interaction. Key Highlights: 1. IMPORTANT: OUR COMPANY IS SEEKING: **MAINTENANCE LEADER FOR OFF-SITE MAINTENANCE** REQUIREMENTS: **\- Time availability.** **\- Availability to travel to the Mexican Republic for 4 months.** KNOWLEDGE: \- Preventive and corrective maintenance \- Tool handling \- Completion of maintenance checklists \- Arc or electrode welding, or knowledge of electricity/electrical systems or electronics **\- DRIVER'S LICENSE (must be able to drive manual transmission)** **\- Position requires travel throughout the Mexican Republic; all travel expenses covered (FOOD + LODGING + TRANSPORTATION)** \- Tolerance for working under pressure, attention to detail, courteous, proactive, dynamic, organized, team-oriented, responsible. \- Strong verbal communication skills (will interact directly with internal and external customers). \- Proficiency with basic tools. RESPONSIBILITIES: Electrical system maintenance, welding, finishing work, painting, and electronics. Restoration tasks. Conducting facility inspections to identify and resolve issues.
