Industrial maintenance experience **Job Objective:** Coordinate and monitor preventive and corrective maintenance activities for critical operational equipment, such as **pumps, compressors, tanks, pipelines, valves, fittings, and auxiliary systems**, ensuring safe, efficient, and procedure-compliant operation. **Main Responsibilities:** * Coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance of plant equipment and facilities. * Respond to and track failures in pumps, compressors, tanks, pipelines, valves, and fittings. * Supervise repair, installation, and improvement work performed by internal or external personnel. * Verify safe operating conditions for equipment, pipelines, and areas handling chemical products. * Manage pending maintenance tasks, basic spare parts, and work reports. * Ensure compliance with safety, order, and cleanliness procedures during activities. * Ensure completion of assigned activities and programs. **Requirements:** Experience in industrial, mechanical, or electromechanical maintenance. Desirable experience in chemical plants, process plants, manufacturing facilities, or chemical product storage facilities. Basic knowledge of industrial safety and use of personal protective equipment. Availability to work on-site and respond to operational needs.
