Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and environmental standards **Maintenance Coordinator for Heavy Machinery and Railway Equipment** **Location:** Polotitlan, State of Mexico **Work Mode:** On-site **Position Type:** Full-time **Job Description** A company in the **construction and railway sector** is seeking a **Maintenance Coordinator for Heavy Machinery and Railway Equipment**, responsible for planning, coordinating, and supervising preventive and corrective maintenance of the vehicle fleet and specialized machinery, ensuring proper operation and on-site availability. **Main Responsibilities** * Coordinate and supervise preventive and corrective maintenance of heavy machinery and railway equipment. * Develop and monitor maintenance programs. * Maintain logs, work orders, and technical reports. * Manage spare parts, tools, and supplies. * Supervise technical staff and external vendors. * Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and environmental standards. * Reduce downtime and optimize maintenance costs. * Report departmental performance indicators. **Requirements** * Education: **Mechanical Engineering, Electromechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related field** (degree holder or intern). * Minimum **3 to 5 years** of experience in maintenance of heavy machinery and/or railway equipment. * Knowledge of hydraulic, mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic systems. * Proficiency in maintenance management software and inventory control systems. * Leadership, organizational, and decision-making skills. * Willingness to work on construction sites and travel as required. **We Offer** * Weekly salary * Camp accommodation * Statutory benefits. **Interested Candidates** Apply through this channel, attaching an updated CV.
