Crown was founded with the goal of valuing and promoting sustainability and this vision continues to be essential to our long\-term future. **Job Description:** Job Summary\*\* The Maintenance Technician will be responsible for ensuring optimal operation and availability of production machinery and equipment at Vichisa, S.A. de C.V., by performing preventive and corrective maintenance tasks. Job Responsibilities\*\* * Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on industrial machinery, including electrical, mechanical, and hydraulic equipment. * Diagnose equipment failures and malfunctions, identify root causes, and implement appropriate solutions. * Carry out repairs, adjustments, and calibrations on systems to ensure proper functionality. * Read and interpret blueprints, electrical diagrams, and technical manuals. * Collaborate with other departments to coordinate maintenance activities and minimize production disruptions. * Maintain detailed records of performed maintenance activities. * Comply with company-established industrial safety and hygiene standards. * Participate in the installation and commissioning of new machinery. * Suggest improvements to maintenance processes to increase efficiency and reduce costs.
