Job Summary: We are seeking a technical support specialist to serve as the first point of contact for end users, manage incidents, and provide support within a corporate financial environment. Initial support for VIP users with a user-centric approach **Job Objective** To serve as the first point of contact for end users, deliver technical support, and ensure proper incident management within a corporate financial sector environment. **Key Responsibilities** * Receive and log tickets in an ITSM tool (ServiceNow preferred). * Perform initial diagnosis of incidents and requests. * Provide remote support for Windows 10/11. * Support for Office 365 (Outlook, Teams, OneDrive). * Basic network support (WiFi, VPN, shared resources). * Classify and escalate to Level 2 when necessary. * Provide initial support for VIP users. * Document and track incidents to closure. **Required Profile** * 1 year of experience in technical support. * Basic-to-intermediate knowledge of ITSM / ServiceNow. * Experience supporting corporate users. * Basic knowledge of connectivity and VPN. * Service-oriented attitude and user-centric focus. * *Experience in the financial or banking sector is desirable.* **We Offer** * $16,000 MXN net per month. * Statutory and above-statutory benefits. * Life insurance. * Major medical expense insurance. * Birthday bonus. * Profit-sharing.
