The **Lead** position is responsible for managing and organizing resources to execute daily operational tasks. It involves guiding and leading the operations team to achieve goals and meet performance metrics, while ensuring area processes are carried out correctly and in strict compliance with safety standards. **Key Responsibilities:** * Ensure timely and accurate execution of processes: receiving, picking, shipping, pallet put-away, reconciliation, and data entry. * Apply skills and experience to achieve established productivity standards: loading/unloading, inventory accuracy, and timely recording of inbound/outbound transactions. * Ensure customer requirements are met (no damage to pallets or stored products). * Manage the operations team to complete assigned activities on time and as required. * Monitor established processes via OEA or any other certification required by the company. * Actively participate in implementing Lean philosophy and methodology as part of daily work development—through proper adherence to procedures, principles, tool usage, 5S, and safety processes. **Requirements:** * Degree in Logistics Engineering, Transportation, or related field. * Minimum 6 years’ experience leading operations within distribution centers. * Advanced Excel proficiency (reporting, metrics, data analysis, pivot tables). * Upper-intermediate English proficiency. * Proficiency in WMS is mandatory.
