Punctuality bonuses and growth opportunities ***A prominent Japanese restaurant is currently seeking:*** **KITCHEN ASSISTANT** **Benefits** \* Weekly base salary of $2,500 (net) \+ Tips \* Statutory benefits \* Job stability \* Weekly punctuality bonuses **Requirements** \* Service-oriented attitude, enthusiasm and passion for cooking, eagerness for self-improvement, responsibility, and punctuality. \- Sushi experience required \* Age between 18 and 30. **Responsibilities** \* Conduct daily raw material inspections to prevent delays and shortages. \* Monitor usage of raw materials and waste generation, and report deterioration of kitchen tools. \* Prepare necessary ingredients for operations (e.g., pre-cooked meats, bowl bases, fruits and vegetables, etc.). \* Perform cutting tasks for vegetables and other ingredients requiring preparation. \* Strictly follow recipes for all requested dishes. \* Maintain sufficient raw material stock in ingredient containers to avoid production delays. \* Submit daily reports on waste, returns, or production errors to the Manager or immediate Supervisor. \* Submit weekly inventory reports of prepared food items to the immediate Supervisor. \* Perform general kitchen cleaning together with utility staff and other kitchen personnel. \* Collect kitchen waste and dispose of it in designated areas; perform bi-weekly cleaning of kitchen ducts and exhaust systems. **ROTATING SHIFT SCHEDULE** \* Morning shift: Monday to Sunday, 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM, with one day off per week. \* Evening shift: Monday to Thursday, 2:00 PM – 10:00 PM; Friday to Sunday, 2:30 PM – 10:30 PM. **Location** Plaza D’Lucca (Valle Real Area) Salary: $2,500.00 per week Workplace: On-site employment
