Graduated / Intern **Minimum preferred experience for this position: 1** year of on-site support **Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on computer equipment** * Knowledge of ticketing systems, networks, and backups. * Provide in-person user support. * Resolve hardware and software incidents on desktop computers. * Install applications, system images, and Windows operating systems. * Perform data backups. * Knowledge of VPN networks. **Work Schedule:** * Monday to Saturday, operational window: 9 AM to 10 PM * 8-hour workday plus 1-hour lunch break. **Location:** * Fidel Velázquez #3760 Int C Col Infonavit Fundadores.
