**Job Description** ---------------------- Review, calculate, and record employee earnings. Record incidents. IMSS reports 1\.\- Receive, validate, and analyze information on personnel movements and incidents, and generate accurate records in the system. 2\.\- Integrate key performance indicators into the process, determine payment of earnings, deductions, tax contributions, and withholdings in the system, validating correct application. 3\.\- Generate key reports for analysis and interpretation of information to monitor the internal payroll process. 4\.\- Analyze, understand, and interpret amounts generated in the payroll process, ensuring compliance with accounting records and closings. 5\.\- Provide accurate advisory support to internal clients regarding questions about earnings and deductions. **Candidate Requirements** -------------------------- * Completed bachelor's degree in accounting * Experience in payroll area * Knowledge of IMSS\-IDSE **Selection Process** ------------------------ The selection process is conducted through Aira \- a recruitment platform designed to enhance your application experience.
