We are looking for a **JUNIOR NOC ENGINEER** **REQUIREMENTS** Academic background: Degree in Systems Engineering, Information Technologies, Computer Science, Networks and Telecommunications, or a related field. **Degree required without exception.** Experience working with **CISCO IOS XE**, **CISCO CALL MANAGER**, **CISCO UNITY**, or **WEBEX CALLING**. Professional trajectory: **2 years or more** providing IT support. Verifiable experience in **personnel coordination and follow-up**. Knowledge of **remote access tools** and technical support platforms. Mandatory requirement: **CISCO CCNA certification**. Technical English (reading and writing), demonstrable. Availability for **extended hours**, night shifts, shift rotation, including weekends. Desirable: Conversational English, **CCNP certification**, and knowledge of **ITIL methodologies**. **MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES** Administration of the team assigned to the client contract. Advanced incident handling and resolution escalated from NOC Level 1. Support ticket management, documentation preparation, change records, and fault reports. Coordination and leadership with internal teams, clients, and vendors for incident resolution. Detection and analysis of **Tier 2** faults. Execution of change management procedures. Generation of technical and administrative reports and documentation. Supervision, monitoring, and operation of the network, as well as execution of reviews and preventive maintenance of infrastructure and systems. Asset and inventory control (**CMDB**).
