




We are seeking a **JUNIOR NETWORK SUPPORT ENGINEER** **REQUIREMENTS** * **Education**: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Systems Engineering, Information Technology Engineering, Computer Science Engineering, Network and Telecommunications Engineering, or related field. **DEGREE REQUIRED.** * **Minimum 1 year of experience** in environments using ***CISCO IOS XE***, ***CISCO CALL MANAGER***, ***CISCO UNITY***, or ***WEBEX CALLING***. * **Experience**: 2 or more years in IT support. * Familiarity with remote desktop applications and technical support software. * **Mandatory**: **CISCO CCNA** certification. * Technical English (reading and writing), verifiable. * Availability for flexible working hours and rotating shifts, including nights and weekends. * **Desirable**: Conversational English, CCNP certification, and ITIL methodologies. **MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES** * Management of the team assigned to the contract (client). * Advanced incident management and resolution. * Support ticket administration, documentation of activities, changes, and failures. * Coordination and leadership of teams, clients, and vendors to resolve issues. * Change management. * Technical and administrative reporting and documentation. * Supervision, monitoring, and administration of the network; execution of network and system reviews and preventive maintenance. * Asset and inventory management (CMDB). * Periodic KMS updates. * Onsite assistance to clients. **WE OFFER** * Monthly salary based on proven experience and knowledge. * Technical equipment: laptop with peripherals and other electronic equipment relevant to the position. * Career growth and professional development plan. * **Onsite work in Cuauhtémoc Borough, Mexico City.** Employment type: Full-time Salary: $18,000.00 – $20,000.00 per month Work location: Onsite employment
