Mission: Monitor regional work teams to strengthen commercial executives and achieve business-closing volume and quality. Support executives under your supervision in assigned zones. Responsibilities: * Identify strategies in a market currently highly penetrated by other insurance companies. * Develop commercial strategies to enhance performance. * Contribute your strategic vision. * Periodically supervise processes and implementation of best practices. * Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service. * Achieve the regional productivity target set by the channel. Experience: Identify and develop new business opportunities and markets to expand the company’s product and service portfolio. * Experience building and managing high-performing teams. * Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve company objectives. * Develop commercial strategies to enhance performance. * Contribute your strategic vision. * Periodically supervise processes and implementation of best practices. * Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service.
