Description and Details of Responsibilities **Job Description** **Vertex Analytical Labs, operating in Tijuana, B.C., is hiring a** Junior Full Stack Developer **for its Information Technology team. This position reports directly to the Tech Lead and participates in developing, maintaining, and integrating internal systems on web platforms and modern enterprise ecosystems.** **The selected candidate will work with modern stacks, daily-use AI tools, and projects delivering real impact on group operations from day one.** **Responsibilities** * Develop and maintain corporate web portals and internal applications. * Implement integrations between systems and enterprise platforms via APIs and connectors. * Design, build, and consume RESTful APIs for communication between systems and applications. * Write automation and data migration scripts using Python and Node.js. * Document code, integration workflows, and technical decisions. * Collaborate with the IT Lead in requirements gathering and solution design. **Technical Requirements** * HTML5 and CSS3 * JavaScript (ES6\+) and TypeScript * Node.js * Python * SQL (MySQL, PostgreSQL, or SQLite) * REST APIs * Git / GitHub * Generative AI tools applied to development * Technical English for reading documentation **Desired Knowledge (non-exclusive)** * React or another modern frontend framework * Docker * Microsoft 365 or Power Platform Experience and Requirements **Candidate Profile** * Technical degree, Systems Engineering, or equivalent practical experience (bootcamps, personal projects, or prior employment) * Entry Level / Up to 1 year of experience * Problem-solving oriented with strong self-management skills * Ability to document and communicate technical solutions * Willingness to learn new technologies as project needs arise **We Offer** * Salary: \[Salary] MXN * Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM * Statutory benefits (IMSS, vacation, year-end bonus, vacation bonus) * Access to professional AI tools. * Real projects with direct impact on corporate group operations Benefits * Benefits in accordance with the Federal Labor Law (LFT) **Number of Openings** 1 **Department** Information Technology / Systems / Programming / Software **Employment Type** Permanent **Work Modality** On-site **Shift** Day shift **Working Hours** Full-time **Net Monthly Salary** $12,000 \- $14,000 MXN **Education** Professional degree **Willingness to Travel** No
