Job Summary: We are seeking Civil Engineers or Architects to join a strong team in real estate appraisal, performing field surveys, property inspections, and appraisal data entry. Key Highlights: 1. Initial training for new hires If you hold a degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field (completed) and are interested in Real Estate Appraisal, join the ABC Appraisers team. **Requirements:** * Valid driver's license (manual transmission proficiency required) * Gender: Unrestricted * Age: 20 to 30 years old * Proficiency in AutoCAD * Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite * Completed degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related field. Your primary responsibilities will include: * Field surveys. * Property inspection visits. * Photograph capture (properties). * Entry of real estate appraisals.
