





**General information:** * **1st Shift: Monday to Friday** * **This position will report to US, Advanced level of English is required** **IT Support Technician – Juarez Facility** Responsible for providing first-level technical support and preventive maintenance for computer, network, and office equipment. Duties include installing and maintaining hardware/software, supporting Microsoft 365 and other applications, assisting with network changes, and supporting systems like phones, wireless networks, and video surveillance. Maintains inventory, documents support tickets, and collaborates on projects with internal teams and external vendors. **REQUIREMENTS:** * Degree or Technical certificate in information systems/computer science or equivalent experience * Desired technical skills: Windows desktops/workstations, Windows servers, Microsoft 365 applications, LAN/WAN technologies * Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, team environment * Ability to multi-task and effectively handle multiple projects, tasks and responsibilities * Ability to work effectively with a group of people with diverse abilities and backgrounds * Strong written and oral communication skills * Bilingual in English and Spanish Employment type: Full-time Salary: $1.00 - $2.00 per month Benefits: * Grocery vouchers Application question(s): * What is your level of English?
