Definition and refinement of workflows, issue types, custom fields, automation rules, and permissions. Advanced administration of schemes, templates, and dashboards. Extraction, analysis, and visualization of key metrics (progress, productivity, SLA, etc.). Structuring and maintenance of knowledge management–oriented documentation spaces, pages, and templates. Effective integration between Jira projects and Confluence spaces. Ability to configure and automate tasks, scripts, and reports in Atlassian tools. Experience in generating and analyzing KPIs and control dashboards.
