Learning opportunities in a professional area with high added value Position Objective We seek a proactive, team-oriented candidate to join the Systems Department. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring operational continuity for users by delivering technical solutions with a strong service orientation and collaborative spirit. Main Responsibilities * First-Level Support: Initial incident response and resolution of basic hardware, software, and connectivity issues. * Second-Level Support: On-site or remote diagnosis and resolution of complex technical issues requiring specialized intervention. * Asset Management: Preventive and corrective maintenance of computers, peripherals, and mobile devices. * Network Configuration: Basic support for local network (LAN/WLAN) management and user connectivity. * Documentation: Accurate recording of solutions. * Collaboration: Active participation in infrastructure projects and internal process improvements. Required Profile * Experience: 2–3 verifiable years performing L1 and L2 technical support functions. * Education: Bachelor’s degree or Engineering degree in Systems, Computer Science, Informatics, or related field (current student or graduate). * Technical Skills: o Proficiency in Windows environments (10/11) and Microsoft 365 suite. o Knowledge of Active Directory and user management. o Experience configuring hardware (laptops, desktops, printers). o Basic networking knowledge (TCP/IP, structured cabling, access points). * Soft Skills: o Excellent assertive communication. o Collaborative mindset and willingness to assist other team members. o Analytical ability and problem-solving under pressure. o Self-management and organizational skills. Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 7:30 PM (with 1-hour lunch break). Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM – 5:30 PM (with 1-hour lunch break).
