To stimulate our Beauty Tech transformation, we have created the Tech Factory team, a product delivery organization (startup inside the big ship) to deliver transversal use cases that will drive the tech transformation of the group, covering all business and functional domains under a network of international hubs. **Main Responsibilities:** * Lead the design, build and maintain integration solutions using REST APIs, ESB, IPaaS, EDA/Microservices technologies. * Responsible for defining new architectures and ability to drive an independent project from an architectural standpoint. * Partner with stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical specifications, including Blueprint documentation. Create and maintain specifications, documents, test plans and scripts. * Architect and develop prototypes and demonstrate various alternatives for functional business requirements for a wide audience range. * Resolve defects discovered during all phases of development and maintenance including severity 1 production issues. * Define and enforce integration standards, coding practices, and technical documentation across the integration landscape. * Mentor junior developers and promote best practices in integration development, testing, deployment, and support. * Building relationships with clients and in practice development activities * Acting as key point of contact and work cross functionally with all product delivery leads on providing solution architecture decisions. * Partnering with Enterprise architecture, Security and global teams through an alliance relationship and owning the technology solution topics around integration topics **Skills Required:** Degree (Bachelor or Masters) in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or Electrical Engineering or equivalent experience * 7\+ years of proven experience as a Software Development Lead, Integration Architect and/or as Software developer * Outstanding functional and technical communication skills and demonstrated business and IT collaboration. * Hands on/working knowledge of most environments described below is required: * In\-depth and hands\-on knowledge of APIGEE, REST/SOAP APIs, JSON/XML, AWS/AZURE/GCP cloud native APIs, CI/CD, iPaaS, GITHUB * Tibco Business Works 6\.x, Enterprise Message Service (EMS), Or Workato ESB, TIBCO ESB/EMS and Cloud Native ESB * Cloud Computing (AWS/Azure/GCP) * Knowledge of Container orchestration technologies (Kubernetes/Docker) is a plus. * Knowledge of Microservices and/or JAVA/Python is a plus. * Industry knowledge/experience within Supply Chain, Sales, e\-commerce, loyalty, CRM, retail, mobile apps * Demonstrated ability to manage projects and strong ability to influence others. * Agile/Product experience is a plus. * Proficient in relational data modeling concepts and implementations. * Innovator with quick absorption of new technologies; strong understanding of technology solutions. * Strong interpersonal skills with ability to work as a member of cross functional teams. * Excellent written and verbal communication skills Are you ready for your next challenge?
