MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES: * Lead analysis sessions with key stakeholders to define business requirements. * Design solution blueprints and architectures integrating processes, workflows, and interfaces. * Configure and customize **Blue Yonder WMS** modules to ensure value and efficiency. * Develop and implement integration strategies with enterprise systems (ERP, TMS, CRM). * Generate advanced reporting and real-time analytics capabilities. * Lead **change management** processes and adoption of new features. * Define and implement quality protocols and automated testing. * Diagnose and resolve incidents, ensuring system stability and operational continuity. * Monitor and optimize system performance. * Develop scalability strategies to support future growth. * Collaborate with vendors and technology partners for updates and enhancements. * Ensure regulatory compliance and risk mitigation. * Maintain technical documentation and support resources. * Promote customer success and continuous improvement.
