




Job Summary: Coordinate IT projects from initiation to closure, managing teams, risks, quality, and communication. Key Highlights: 1. Lead multidisciplinary teams in IT projects. 2. Manage the full lifecycle of IT projects. 3. Coordinate data and environment migration. Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:30 PM Saturdays, 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM **Initiation Management** * Draft the project charter * Define the technical and functional scope of the IT project * Identify stakeholders and their levels of influence and interest **Planning** * Develop the integrated project plan (schedule, budget, resources, quality, risks) * Define the solution architecture together with the technical team * Establish the working methodology (Agile, Scrum, PMBOK, hybrid) * Create and maintain the requirements and use-case backlog **Execution and Coordination** * Lead development, QA, infrastructure, cybersecurity, and networking teams * Coordinate sprints, dailies, retrospectives, and demos (in Agile methodologies) * Manage inter-team and inter-system dependencies * Supervise integrations with external systems (APIs, ERP, CRM, DB) * Coordinate data and environment migration (DEV, QA, PRD) * Manage licensing, cloud providers, and SaaS/IaaS contracts **Monitoring and Control** * Track progress against baselines (scope, time, cost) * Manage project budget and expense forecasts * Administer the risk, issue, and change register (change management) * Monitor key performance indicators: velocity, burndown, SPI, CPI * Ensure compliance with information security policies **Quality and Testing** * Coordinate testing cycles (unit, integration, UAT, regression) * Manage defect resolution and acceptance criteria * Validate that the solution meets functional and non-functional requirements * Supervise performance, availability, and scalability plans **Vendor Management** * Administer contracts with technology vendors and software factories * Evaluate and manage third-party performance (SLAs, KPIs) * Manage procurement processes, technical evaluations, and awarding **Communication and Governance** * Present executive status reports (dashboards, traffic-light reports) * Manage steering and oversight committees * Prepare meeting minutes, decision logs, and agreement tracking * Escalate risks and deviations to management promptly **Deployment and Closure** * Coordinate the implementation plan and go-live (rollout, cutover) * Manage continuity and rollback plans for contingencies * Coordinate end-user and support-team training * Prepare technical and functional documentation for the delivered system * Close contracts, release resources, and document lessons learned Employment Type: Full-time Salary: $18,000.00 per month Work Location: On-site
