At **DesingsGDL**, we seek a **Technical (IT) Project Manager** with a strong focus on **project management and direct client interaction**, capable of coordinating development teams, prioritizing daily client engagement, and ensuring projects advance on time and as planned. This role requires **daily office presence**, continuous communication with clients, and the ability to provide **technical support (coding, reviews, or adjustments)** when operations demand it. We do not seek an administrative PM: we seek a **technical, solution-oriented, and client-focused profile**. **Responsibilities** Client Management and Support * Direct and ongoing client engagement. * Requirements gathering and analysis. * Tracking of requests, incidents, and changes. * Clear communication of progress, timelines, and deliverables. * Expectation and priority management. * Coordination of meetings and post-meeting follow-up. **Project Management** * Planning and control of web and software projects. * Definition of scope, schedules, and deliverables. * Coordination of development and design teams. * Tracking of technical progress and functional validation. * Risk, change, and timeline management. * Functional and technical documentation. **Technical and Operational Support** * Ad-hoc support for **frontend or backend code** when required. * Code review and validation of technical solutions. * Support in deployments, adjustments, and corrections. * Assistance in technical decisions and integrations. **Technologies You’ll Work With** **Backend** * **PHP 8\+ / Laravel 10–11** * REST APIs * MySQL / PostgreSQL **Frontend** * **Vue 3 (Composition API)** * **Nuxt 3 (SSR)** * Modern JavaScript * TailwindCSS **Servers and Infrastructure (Preferred)** * VPS / cPanel / WHM / Git * **AWS, Azure** * Domains, DNS, and SSL * Environments: local, staging, and production **Key Skills** * Excellent client communication * Organization and tracking of multiple projects * Ability to prioritize client engagement and tasks * Technical and analytical thinking * Problem-solving under pressure * Leadership and teamwork * Proactivity and sense of urgency **Ideal Profile** * Prior experience in digital agencies or software development. * Accustomed to direct client interaction. * Willingness to “get hands-on” with code when required. * Results-oriented with strong adherence to deadlines. **We Offer** * Statutory benefits * Major medical expense insurance * Company-provided mobile phone * Dental insurance * Uniforms Employment Type: Full-time Salary: Up to $25,000\.00 per month Benefits: * Complimentary beverages * Sick leave days * Option for indefinite-term contract * Major medical expense insurance * Dental insurance Application Question(s): * Tell us about your experience. * Do you have experience working at development agencies?
