




Job Summary: We are seeking an IT Pre-sales Engineer to identify and present technological solutions, prepare technical and economic proposals, and maintain strategic relationships. Key Responsibilities: 1. Design IT solutions according to customer requirements. 2. Prepare technical and economic proposals for the sales department. 3. Maintain strategic relationships with customers, manufacturers, and wholesalers. We are currently looking to hire the following profile: IT Pre-sales Engineer Job Objective Identify and present technological solutions that meet the technical requirements of projects, and generate proposals that enhance the organization’s competitiveness in the market. * Design IT solutions according to customer requirements. * Review and analyze technical specifications from public and private tenders. * Prepare technical and economic proposals for the sales department. * Generate RFPs, RFIs, and tender documents when required. * Supervise procurement processes for goods and services. * Transfer projects to the ICT Leader with corresponding documentation. * Maintain strategic relationships with customers, manufacturers, and wholesalers. * Register opportunities and projects with manufacturers and wholesalers. * Maintain and validate certifications aligned with the company’s strategy. * Conduct on-site sizing and technical analysis for new opportunities. * Design solutions in accordance with the organization’s service catalog. * Prepare technical documentation for clarification meetings during tender processes. * Prepare technical proposals in Word and cost tables in Excel. * Conduct market research and monitor established SLAs. * Perform additional tasks assigned by General Management.
