This role requires leadership, organization, and a strong focus on service quality. **Key Responsibilities** * Supervise and coordinate the technical support and IT operations team. * Ensure optimal performance of networks, servers, telecommunications, hardware, and software. * Monitor performance and availability of critical systems. * Manage and ensure timely resolution of incidents. * Administer equipment inventories, licenses, and technological assets. * Implement operational and security policies and procedures. * Collaborate with other departments to meet technological requirements. * Coordinate and follow up with external vendors. * Prepare reports, metrics, and departmental indicators. * Supervise backups, updates, and preventive/corrective maintenance. **Requirements** **Education** * Bachelor’s degree or Engineering in Computer Systems, Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field. **Experience** * 2+ years of experience in IT operations or technical support. * Experience leading personnel (preferred). **Technical Knowledge** * LAN/WAN/WiFi networks, firewalls, and basic routing. * Windows and Linux operating systems. * Physical and virtual server infrastructure. * Ticketing and monitoring tools. * Basic cybersecurity knowledge. * IT inventory management. **Soft Skills** * Leadership. * Effective communication. * Organization and prioritization. * Problem-solving. * Working under pressure. \#staff \#staffteam Job Type: Full-time Salary: $13,500.00 per month Work Location: On-site employment
