




**IT Governance and Compliance Leader** We are seeking an **IT Governance and Compliance Leader**, responsible for ensuring the proper operation, updating, and continuous improvement of IT Management Systems, guaranteeing compliance with regulatory, statutory, and international standards. This position is strategic to align IT processes with business objectives and industry control frameworks and best practices. **Responsibilities** * Document, assess, implement, and audit requirements derived from **ISO 20000, ISO 27001, and ISO 42001**. * Define, formalize, and maintain up-to-date processes, policies, procedures, and manuals for the Systems Directorate. * Track findings, gaps, non-conformities, and improvement opportunities identified during internal and external audits. * Participate in **SGTP and SGIA** audits, as well as certification processes for **PCI DSS, ITIL, COBIT, and eTOM**. * Coordinate audits and related activities with certification bodies and consulting firms such as **EY, Deloitte, PwC, KPMG, Mazars, and Pink Elephant**. * Conduct gap analyses against **ISO 42001, EU AI Act, OECD Principles, and LFPDPPP**. * Align IT operational and strategic processes with the objectives of the General Directorate. * Supervise controls, documentation, and **ITSM** tools (Remedy, HP, RTC, Jira, ServiceNow). **Requirements** * Valid certifications in **ISO 20000 and ISO 27001**. * Proven experience as a **Senior Auditor** and **Management Systems Leader**. * Advanced knowledge of **ITIL, COBIT, PCI DSS**, and IT regulatory frameworks. * Experience coordinating internal and external audits. * Experience implementing and continuously improving management systems. * Ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams (QA, NOC, Infrastructure, Security, Development, PMO, and Digital Strategy). **Technical Knowledge** * Standards and frameworks: **ISO 20000, ISO 27001, ISO 42001, ITIL Expert, PCI DSS, COBIT, eTOM**. * Risk management and project administration. * ITSM tools: **Remedy, HP, RTC, Jira, ServiceNow**. * Tools: **Microsoft Office, Project, Visio, Outlook, and Teams**. **Key Competencies** * Service- and quality-oriented mindset. * Clear and effective communication. * Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills. * Negotiation ability and collaborative teamwork. * Strong commitment to regulatory and operational compliance. **Application:** Send your CV via WhatsApp to **5516404825** to apply for this position.
