Job Profile: **IT and CCTV Technical Support Specialist**
*Position Summary*
We are seeking a highly proactive IT and Electronic Security Technician with strong customer service orientation. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring the operational continuity of our desktop IT infrastructure and, critically, our video surveillance systems (CCTV and IP) and video walls. The ideal candidate combines technical diagnostic and basic networking skills with excellent communication abilities to handle user requests via our helpdesk.
***Key Functions and Responsibilities***
*1\. Electronic Security and Visual Systems*
CCTV Support: Diagnosis, preventive and corrective maintenance of IP cameras and analog/digital recording systems.
*2\. Technical Support and Helpdesk*
Ticket Management: Receipt, registration, prioritization, escalation, and closure of incidents/requests through ticketing tools (Helpdesk).
User Support: Provision of technical assistance (on-site and remote), focused on rapid resolution and exceptional customer service.
*3\. Corporate IT Support*
Operating Systems: Administration, configuration, and advanced support for Windows 11 Pro.
Equipment Maintenance: Computer formatting, system image installation, data backup, and corporate software configuration.
Basic Networking: Basic connectivity diagnostics (structured cabling, IP addressing, ping tests, cable crimping, switch/router inspection).
**Profile Requirements:**
***Education and Experience***
Education: Technical degree, TCU, or incomplete/completed engineering degree in Systems, Computer Science, Networking, Electronics, or related field.
Experience: Minimum 1–2 years in IT technical support and/or CCTV system maintenance roles.
***Soft Skills:***
Customer Service: Empathy, patience, and excellent verbal and written communication.
Sense of Urgency: Ability to prioritize critical operational issues.
Proactivity and Self-Learning: Ability to investigate complex issues and propose solutions.
Video Wall Systems: Inspection, basic calibration, and troubleshooting of video wall display systems in monitoring centers.
***Required Technical Knowledge:***
Proficiency in Windows 11 Pro (installation, configuration, and basic policies).
Knowledge of IP camera configuration, CCTV network addressing, and video management software (VMS/NVR).
Proficiency with PC cloning and formatting tools (e.g., Rufus, Clonezilla, or similar).
Fundamentals of LAN/WLAN networking (OSI model, TCP/IP, subnets, DHCP).
Prior experience using ticketing platforms (e.g., Jira, Zendesk, GLPI, ServiceNow, etc.).
