Implementation of technological improvements and training **Publication Date:** August 25, 2025 **Salary:** $15,000.00 (MXN) – $17,000.00 (MXN) per month Job Description: A leading textile company is seeking an IT & SYSTEMS COORDINATOR – IMMEDIATE AVAILABILITY **RESPONSIBILITIES**: \-Support the incorporation of innovative technologies for strategy management enabling monitoring, administration, and enhancement of information systems—optimizing networks, servers, and protocols. \-Manage effective preventive and corrective maintenance plans ensuring operational support and logistics for the company. \-Implement technological improvements facilitating staff work and delivering necessary training for efficient use thereof. \-Monitor and maintain platforms used within the organization, such as PROSCAI and Monday. \-Proficiency in OUTLOOK \-Selection and installation of computer systems; definition of configurations for both servers and workstations. \-User support, application support, equipment maintenance, and technical assistance to Management. \- **REQUIREMENTS**: \-\- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Systems Engineering, or related field. \-\- Minimum 2 years’ experience in similar roles. **KNOWLEDGE**: \-Preferred: Familiarity with ERP systems PROSCAI / Monday / OUTLOOK \-Proficiency and practical application of programming languages. \-Advanced knowledge of networks, servers, protocols, data security, and information technology. \-Experience in hardware and software maintenance and corrective actions. \-Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. **IMPORTANT**: Must be a leadership-oriented individual with strong analytical skills, organizational ability, attention to detail, proactivity, decision-making capability, and high sense of responsibility. **WE OFFER**: \-Gross monthly salary of $15,000.00 – $17,000.00 MXN. \-Statutory benefits. \-Weekly payments. \-Working hours: Monday–Thursday 8:00–18:00 hrs; Friday 8:30–16:00 hrs.
