Job Summary: We are seeking a passionate Inventory Analyst to control, ensure accuracy, and update inventory through material outbound management and cyclic counting. Key Responsibilities: 1. Manage material outbound operations and ensure timely system deductions 2. Perform cyclic counts and inventory data analysis 3. Maintain document organization and traceability of inventory movements *We are a company dedicated to the importation and distribution of raw materials, located in the southern part of CDMX. We are currently experiencing growth and are therefore looking for a passionate individual eager to grow and make a difference as an:* **INVENTORY ANALYST** **General Objective:** Ensure inventory control, accuracy, and updating through proper management of material outbound operations, guaranteeing timely system deductions, execution of cyclic counts (minimums, negatives, rotating, etc.). **Specific Responsibilities:** · Order management, documentation, and inter-departmental communication (printing, updates, additions, changes, shipping guides, and invoices). · Ensure accurate material deductions from both physical locations and the system. · Maintain document organization and traceability of inventory movements. · Cyclic Counts. · Data Analysis. · Reports on movements, adjustments, incidents, and count results. **Desired Experience: 1 year:** · Warehouse · Inventory Control · Data Analysis (preferred). **Education:** · Completed High School Diploma. Knowledge: · Inventory control and administration · Intermediate Office skills · FIFO (First-In, First-Out) · BPD, BPA. **We Offer:** · Work location: Coyoacán (near Azteca Stadium) · Salary: $13,000 gross monthly · Statutory benefits · Additional days off beyond statutory requirements · Working hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 – 18:00 · Growth opportunities Salary: $13,000.00 per month Benefits: * Free uniforms * Additional vacation days or paid leave Workplace: On-site employment
